How long does it take to get ready

Orders take about 2 hours to get ready once we receive them — but that’s only during our active working hours.



Our active working hours is from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you place an order during that window, we’ll get started right away and have it ready in about 2 hours.



On Saturdays, we close early at 12:00 PM, so we don’t usually take real-time orders that day. However, if it’s something urgent and you reach out before 11:30 AM, we might be able to help.



If you place your order outside these hours or on Sunday, it’ll be handled the next working day once we’re back online.

If you choose PICKUP at checkout, you can send a rider to collect your order as soon as it’s ready. Just give us a quick call or WhatsApp message using any of the numbers at the bottom of our website — we’ll guide you.


For Lagos deliveries (NOT PICKUP) , we’ll send it out using your chosen method, and it should arrive within 2 days.


For interstate orders, we’ll drop your package off at GIG (for home delivery) or GUO (for waybill) by the end of the day. Once it’s on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number.

What is Digital Seal

The digital seal allows you to add all types of links to a scannable letter.

You can create a music playlist on Spotify, Apple Music, or even share a YouTube video link to us.


Your unique link will be embedded into the letter using NFC technology, making your message even more special and interactive.
