Exchange Policy
• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or a fault on the customer’s part, the customer will bear the cost of both the return and replacement delivery.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
• After 7 days, we can only process exchanges.
Customized, Engraved, or Personalized Orders
• Unfortunately, customized, engraved, or personalized items, such as letters, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are made specifically for you.

How long does it take to get ready?
It takes about 2 hours to get your order ready during working hours. Our working hours for real time orders is from 11am to 3pm.
Delivery time
We do next day delivery for Lagos. We don't deliver on Sundays. We send out all orders the next day except PICKUPS.
For other state delivery, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. We use GIG logistics for home delivery and GUO for park delivery.
Do you deliver outside Lagos
Yes we deliver outside Lagos, using GIG logistics for home delivery and GUO for park delivery. It takes 3 to 5 days.
